Summer Temp Positions Available at Coop

We are currently seeking several summer temps with a good sense of service for checkout/post, stock replenishment, deli, and bakery/dairy. We want you to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to see the customer's needs, and to deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

We need summer temps to cover all our different departments: checkout, team replenishment, deli, fish, front store, and dairy. Please include in your application any preferences regarding which department(s) you are most interested in working in. The tasks will vary, and you will be engaged with all common tasks that occur within the store. The important thing is that you contribute to ensuring that customers are always met with a fresh and well-stocked store and top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You find it easy to build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is the most important for us.

The positions are summer temp roles on a part-time basis during the period of June to August. Working hours vary and include both early mornings to late evenings as well as weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
